The trial court has passed the summoning order and the summoning order has been challenged by way of present petition under 482 of the Cr.P.C. The record shows that the matter has been settled on 27.03.2021 in Criminal Case No. 641 of 2020, Jai Golu Dev Darshan Enterprises vs. Sarajuddin on 27.03.2021. 3. The order has also been passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Almora stating that the case has been disposed of as uncontested. 2 4. In view of the above, the matter has become infructuous. 5.
