Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:125736 Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 37128 of 2024 Petitioner :- Rajveer Singh Respondent :- State Of Up And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashutosh Kumar Tiwari,Sanjay Kumar Dubey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. Issue an appropriate writ order direction to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to decide the petitioner representation in the light of the report dated 05.10.2024 and 03.09.2024 (Annexure No.2 and 6 to this writ petition)." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the chak marg has been encroached and petitioner has submitted an application before respondents no.2 and 3, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said application. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sasni, Hathras to proceed with the application moved by the petitioner and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
