Baljinder Kaur and others and summoning orders under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, passed by JMIC, Phillaur, along with all consequential proceedings arising out of the said complaint qua the petitioner on the basis of compromise and affidavit Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-4. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant is at abroad and at this stage, he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again when the complainant returns to India. 3.
