JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 22-12-2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 411 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 317 of B.N.S. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 513.600 liters of illicit liquor from a Creta vehicle. 4. Considering the huge recovery of illicit liquor and that the name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today failing which the Superintendent of Police, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85351 of 2025(3) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 Siwan will take all steps for arrest the petitioner and other accused persons. 7.
