Vidyut Vitran Khand Third, Saifai, Etawah in considering the representation of the petitioner dated February 28, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.4/Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Vidyut Vitran Khand Third, Saifai, Etawah should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated February 28, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.4/Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Vidyut Vitran Khand Third, Saifai, Etawah is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated November 9, 2024 within a period of four weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
