Petitioner claims to have purchased some property. He wants this Court to issue a direction to the respondent authority to remove encroachment from Old G.T. Road, Ward No.8, Pargana Narwan, Tehsil Sadar (Chandauli), District Chandauli. 3. None of the persons, who are to be ousted from the land in question, has been impleaded as party- respondent in the present writ petition. 4. From the representation annexed at page-36 of the present writ petition, it is apparent that certain private persons have raised constructions of their houses and in absence of their impleadment, this Court would not be justified in issuing any direction to remove their constructions on the alleged pretext of it being an encroachment. 5.
