Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 05.07.2024, 12.04.2022 & 21.12.2020 passed by Respondent no.2, 3 & 4 (contained Annexure no. 11, 5 & 7 to this writ petition). II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner on the property in question." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application was filed by respondent nos. 5 & 6 for summoning a witness to prove their will. The said application has been allowed by the Tahsildar. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal and thereafter revision and both have been dismissed. 4.
