The supporting affidavits would reveal that, every year, the birth anniversary of the Founder of the Trust called “The Raja Sir Ramaswami Mudaliar's Choultry” is celebrated in the month of October, as such, this year also, the festival is slated to be conducted on 13.10.2025. 3. As per the will of the Founder of the Choultry, equipments and dresses, apart from free feeding, would be provided to the needy people and as per the letters of request under Document Nos.D4, D5, D6 as well as D7, the learned AG and OT has given the details of the proposed dresses and equipments to be donated by various Institutions, as well as the expenses to be incurred for providing food for students and also for their transportation and other expenses during the conduction of the Birth Anniversary of the Founder.
