The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge,/FTC-2 , Gorakhpur as well as entire proceedings initiated under Section 145 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Revision No. 280 of 2023, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 03.10.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gorakhpur passed under Section 146(1) of Cr.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
