3. Present applicant Khalid, S/o Dilshad is praying for bail in reference to FIR dated 19.04.2025, bearing FIR No. 0158 of 2025 registered at P.S. Kashipur District U.S. Nagar wherein the present applicant along with two other co- accused, namely, Aadil and Salman were implicated for the offences punishable under Section 143(3) of BNS read with Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and furthermore charge sheet has already been filed, as such, there is no need of custodial interrogation of the applicant and the applicant is languishing in jail since 19.04.2025. Apart from this, he submits that other co-accused, namely, Salman, having similar role, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 13.08.2025, and, therefore, the present applicant is entitled to get benefit of parity of the other co-accused. He also submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history.
5. On the other side. Mr. V.S. Pal, learned A.G.A. has not disputed this fact that charge sheet has already been filed and the applicant has no previous criminal history and also submits that the applicant deserves parity of the other co-accused.

In view of the submissions as advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the applicant has no previous criminal history and furthermore charge sheet has already been filed and other co- accused Salman, having similar role, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail on the ground of parity.
7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the bail application is allowed.
8. Let the applicant Khalid be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
