When the matter came up for admission on 18.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Tiruvallur to state as to how long she requires to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.58 of 2011. 3. The learned Subordinate Judge at Tiruvallur has sent a report stating that I.A.No.1 of 2022 was presented for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to divide the suit properties into four equal shares in terms of the preliminary decree and to pass a final decree in O.S.No.58 of 2011. The said I.A. has been posted for hearing arguments on 22.01.2025. Therefore, she requests three months time to dispose of the said I.A. 4.
