Mozika, learned DSGI for the respondents has produced a communication dated 19.09.2024, whereby the grievances of the writ petitioner is stated to have been redressed, however, it is submitted that the writ petitioner was asked to calculate and provide the arrear bills. 2. Mr. B. Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is not aware of the parameters or how to calculate the arrear bills. He thus prays that directions be issued to the Pay and Accounts Section of the respondents for calculating the same. 3. Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI submits that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Pay and Accounts Section, who will cooperate and generate the arrear bills in question. 2025:MLHC:81 3 4. Accordingly on these submissions, the writ petition stands closed and disposed of. 5. Any other relief that the writ petitioner feels he is entitled for, he is at liberty to agitate the same before the said respondents.
