No.618 of 2025. 2. The case is registered in Cr.No.485 of 2003 for the alleged offence under Section 341, 307, 506(ii) r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The mother case in S.C.No. 220 of 2016 proceeded further and resulted in an acquittal. The grounds for acquittal also apply to the present accused. The matter has been pending for the execution of the warrant since 2016. 3.
