The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "1. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Karchhana, District- Prayagraj to decide the Restoration Application filed U/s 209 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Case No. 7791 of 2021, Computerized Case No. T202102030507791 (Anoop Kumar Versus Govind Lal and Others) U/s 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before him, within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From perusal of the writ petition and annexures annexed thereto, it appears that the aforementioned restoration application is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Karchhana, District- Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforementioned restoration application in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
