Petitioners are engaged on contract in National Health Mission since more than seven years. According to them, as per Government Policy, NHM employees are entitled to incentive, based on their performances, which have been given to other persons, however, the incentive has been denied to petitioners for the period between October, 2022 to March, 2023. 5. Petitioners have sought writ of mandamus and they appears to have made representation to the Competent Authority, which according to State Counsel has been made to a wrong Authority, who is not competent to decide the same. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioners to make fresh representation to the Competent Authority, within three weeks from today. If petitioners make such representation within stipulated time, the Competent Authority shall take decision thereupon, within four months from the date of receipt of representation, along with certified copy of this order.
