2. Heard Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has fraudulently sold the vehicle purchased from the informant without informing him. It is alleged that the vehicle was purchased through loan from a financing company and the vehicle number was also manipulated and changed with the objective of selling the vehicle and fleeing the state. The petitioner has sold the vehicle to another person without any knowledge of the informant and then manipulated and changed the number of the vehicle. It is further alleged that the petitioner is yet to pay the remaining amount to the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to Annexure-3 of the petition which is the agreement for sale and the informant has accepted the consideration of Rs. 16 Lacs for the vehicle bearing registration No. AS-04-BC4996 from the petitioner. The petitioner is willing to co-operate with the investigation.
5. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary.
6. The petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and he has cooperated with the investigation. His statement has been recorded. The petitioner has not violated any bail conditions.
7. Considering all aspects, the interim order dated 11.04.2025 is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions.

8. In terms of the above observation, this Anticipatory Bail application stands
disposed of.
