Petitioner is permitted to carry out the substitution during the course of the day. (Order on Writ Petition) Writ petition has been filed for restraining the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the premises specified in the prayer clause (i), in the garb of establishment of Swami Sukhdevanand State University, Shahjahanpur without following the procedure prescribed by law. Instructions have been obtained from the State authorities according to which no action is proposed to be taken by the respondents to evict the petitioner or demolish his construction, as of now. The respondents further state that in the event any property of petitioner would be required for the purpose, they shall proceed strictly, in accordance with law. In view of the fair stand taken by the respondents, we dispose of this petition with the observation that the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from his property except, in accordance with law.
