Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:24403-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 37470 of 2024 Petitioner :- Mohan Lal And 2 Others Respondent :- State Of Up And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Gulab Chandra Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. There appears to be a private dispute between the petitioner and private respondents. Merely because one of the respondents is a Police Constable would not be a sufficient ground for this Court to interfere in private dispute. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent court for necessary relief, this petition is consigned to records. 3. Although learned counsel for the petitioner nevertheless places reliance upon some Government Orders in order to submit that State-authorities can also intervene in such matters, but we are of the view that private dispute between two individuals in respect of immovable property cannot be directed to be decided by the administrative authority. No power of adjudicating private civil dispute can be conceded to the Administrative Authority. (A. K. Singh Deshwal, J.) (Ashwani Kumar Mishra, J.)
