In compliance of order of this Court dated 10.7.2025, Sri Sandeep Kumar, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Muzaffarnagar is present before this Court and filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submits that the order of the writ court dated 23.11.2022 rendered in Writ-A No. 19222 of 2022 has been complied with and the application has become infructuous, which is not objected by the learned counsel for the applicant. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, file is consigned to record.
