Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any longer and would like to withdraw the present writ petition. 3. On considering the prayer of the petitioner’s counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In view of the Award dated 16.07.2019 passed in Reference Case No.2/2018 by the Industrial Tribunal, Assam, wherein it has been held that the employees are entitled to compensation under Section 25FFF and 25F of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the compensation amount should be given to the petitioner as and when the petitioner approaches the respondent nos.1 & 2. 5.
