The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 96 of 2023 (State vs. Pawan), arising out of Case Crime No. 312 of 2017, under Sections 307, 504, 506, 325 IPC, P.S. Meja, District Allahabad as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 31.01.2023, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Allahabad. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
