However, newspaper “Hindustan Times’ is not mentioned in notification No. HHC/GAD/Advt./2010-II, dated 17th August, 2023. Consequently, order dated 11.12.2023 is modified by ordering that notices of the present Execution Petition be published against respondents No. 2(c) and 2(d), in the newspaper, namely, “Dainik Jagaran’, Delhi and Himachal Edition, returnable for 7.3.2025, on steps being taken within a week.
