Hon'ble Dr. Yogendra Kumar Srivastava,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. On 31.08.2024, the bank had demanded a sum of Rs.9,10,892/- plus other charges. Thereafter when the petitioner had stated that the accounting was done wrongly, the bank did the accounting and filed counter affidavit showing that the amount payable was Rs.9,70,146/- towards the account of the petitioner, a copy of which has been annexed with the counter affidavit. 3. It appears that the interest accrued from time to time had been added. The petitioner, however is ready to pay the amount alongwith upto date accrued interest. He may do so in easy installments. For this purpose the petitioner may apply for fixing of the installments before the respondent no.4 within a period of ten days.
