Order on Board 28/08/2025
1. This petition is preferred against orders dated 2.1.2023 and 24.2.2023
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"1) This Hon'ble Court may kindly quash or set aside the impugned order dated 24.02.2023 (Annex. P-4) by way of which the petitioners' services were attached to Government Late Satyanarayan Agrawal College, Tilda Neora Kohka, District -Raipur (C.G.) in the interest of justice. 2) Any other writ or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be issued."
3. Vide order dated 10.3.2023, the petitioner was granted stay and
3 orders dated 2.1.2023 and 24.2.2023 were stayed by this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 2.1.2023 and 24.2.2023 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge is hereby quashed.
5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
