The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance with regard to alleged illegal encroachments by certain private persons over a land bearing Arazi Nos. 366 (Chakmarg), 368 (mitti nikalne hetu) and 380 (rasta), situate at Village Chand Khamariya, Tehsil Meja, Pargana Khairagarh, District Prayagraj. It is not disputed that for redressal of the aforestated grievance, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and in view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
