The instant petition has been preferred to direct the learned Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 4, Ghaziabad/concerned court to conclude/decide the proceedings of Criminal Misc. Case No. 585 of 2022 (Shivangi vs. Madhur Tyagi), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Nandgram, District Ghaziabad, within stipulated period of time. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that in spite of appearance made in the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Case No. 585 of 2022 (Shivangi vs. Madhur Tyagi), no interim maintenance has ever been extended in favour of petitioner till today and the matter is pending since 2022, but the same is pending for consideration. 4. In view of the above, learned Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 4, Ghaziabad/concerned court is hereby directed to proceed with Criminal Misc. Case No. 585 of 2022 (Shivangi vs. Madhur Tyagi), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Nandgram, District Ghaziabad and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, specifically with regard to interim maintenance. 5.
