All the writ petitions have been filed by the purchaser of the flats from TNHB. After conclusion of the sale, the respondent demanded additional GST from the petitioners. Hence, the present writ petitions. 2. However, the learned counsel further submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the earlier Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33993 of 2025 etc., batch and this Court allowed the writ petition with certain conditions. The learned counsel prays that this Court may pass the same order. 3. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the TNHB has preferred appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be an order of interim stay. Notice to the respondents returnable by two weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
