The petitioner's grievance with regard to encroachment over his land for construction of paved passage can always be examined by the concerned S.D.M. at the first instance. 3. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to raise his grievance before the concerned authority who shall ensure that appropriate demarcation is carried out on the spot. If it is found that any of the petitioner's allotted land has been encroached upon for construction of passage, such steps as are required in terms of Section 65 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be taken after notices to the persons concerned, within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 4.
