Such claim of the petitioner raised before the District Magistrate on account of death of petitioner's son due to drowning is stated to be pending consideration before the District Magistrate, Ballia. Since such claim has not been accorded consideration, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's claim would be got examined in accordance with law. 3. In view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with direction upon the District Magistrate, Ballia to accord consideration to petitioner's claim in accordance with the applicable scheme by passing appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
