The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged willful disobedience the order dated 30.08.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Writ Court in CWP-21291-2024, whereby, the following directions were passed:- “4. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the legal notices dated 17.06.2024, Annexures P-12 to P-16, expeditiously, taking note of the afore- referred judgments, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.” 2. As per the affidavit dated 16.01.2025 already filed on behalf of the respondent, order dated 30.08.2024 stands complied with, and speaking order dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure A-1) has been passed.
