Debnath, learned CGC for the respondents has submitted that, in the ongoing process of compliance with this Court’s direction, till date, out of 192 petitioners, only 4 of them are left for complete compliance of the said order. It is prayed that some time may be allowed for the process to be finally completed. 2. Mr. P. Nongbri, learned counsel for the petitioners, in all fairness, has submitted that the intention of the relevant respondents being clear as has been indicated in the process taken for compliance of this Court’s order to the extent that only 4 more petitioners are left to be satisfied, quite in keeping with the said order of this Court, therefore, he prays that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to complete the process expeditiously. 3. On consideration of the submission made, since it is clear that the respondents have expressed their intention to comply with the order in question, and till date, out of 192 original petitioners, only 4 of them are left to be paid as far as the dues are concerned, therefore, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. In view thereof, this petition is hereby closed. However, as agreed to by Mr. R. Debnath, learned CGC, the respondents are directed to complete the process expeditiously preferably 2025:MLHC:151 10 within a period of 2(two) months from the date of this order. 4.
