Petitioner is aggrieved of the Extension Notice No. 2, dated 24.10.2025, issued by the Directorate of Floriculture, Srinagar, Kashmir, vide which the e-NIT No. 34 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025, with respect to “Outsourcing of entry ticketing of Mughal Garden Nishat, Srinagar” came to be extended despite the fact that petitioner has already moved a representation for extension of the contract period. Mr. Alla Ud Din Ganaie, learned AAG for respondents, during the currency of
arguments, has produced an order dated 07.11.2025, vide which the aforesaid e-NIT No. 34, dated 16.09.2025, has been cancelled. The order is taken on record. In view of the above, the present writ petition has been rendered as infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, respondents shall accord consideration to the representation stated to have been preferred by the petitioner, for extension of contract in accordance with law.
Disposed of.
