This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No.43 of 2023, for offences under Sections 414, 34 IPC and Section 12(1), (2) of Jharkhand Bovine Animals Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005, and Section 11(D)(F) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned CJM at Simdega. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. There is an allegation that huge number of bovine animals were being transported illegally. The bovine animals were loaded from Orissa by several person with a direction to unload them at the house of this petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release this petitioner on anticipatory bail. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed. 7.
