Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners after arguing for a while seeks leave of this Court to pursue the matter with the respondent-Bank. He submits that a notice issued in terms of Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 was not specifically directed against the petitioners, therefore, he had no opportunity to reply the same. 02. Be that as it may, since the respondent-Bank is yet to proceed from the stage after the issuance of notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, with Nuzhat Shafi I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 04.12.2025 15:37 regard to the property (Alpine Ridge), as such, we grant two weeks time to the petitioners to file their response before the respondent-Bank. 03.
