The petition seeks a mandamus for restoration of status quo ante on the ground that his boundary wall has been illegally demolished. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner admits that he has already filed a suit regarding the same property which is pending consideration. Since the petitioner is already availing an alternative remedy available to him, we see no good ground to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed.
