This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to call for record and to quash the Impugned orders dated 03.06.2023 passed by respondent no.2 in case no.5884 of 2021 computer no.T202102420405884 "Abdul Mazid Vs Jiva Lal and others" under section 24 of U.P. Revenue code 2006 whereby demarcation report dated 20.08.2021 & approval dated 05.10.2021has been set-aside as well as quash the impugned order dated 21.08.2024 passed by respondent no.2 in case no.5884 of 2021 computer no.T202102420405884 "Abdul Mazid Vs Jiya Lal & others" under section 24 of U.P. Revenue code 2006 whereby Survey & measurement report dated 03.11.2023 & its approval dated 05.11.2023 has been affirmed. B- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to respondent no.2 not to give effect to the order dated 21.08.2024 passed in aforementioned case until and unless the instant writ petition is decided finally otherwise; petitioners shall have to sustain an irreparable loss and injury." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the order impugned is revisable under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, therefore, this writ petition may not be entertained. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy, as available to them, under the law.
