Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that show cause notice has already been issued to Gram Pradhan and others. A copy of the order of competent authority has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view of the fact that already show cause notice has been issued, the writ petition does not survives at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous at this stage.
