1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 16.08.2024 passed in MCRC No. 3149/2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Dinesh Mishra, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.03.04 16:59:16 +0530
2 earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 13.02.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that the matter was assigned to him on 22.11.2024 and thus the final disposal of the case could not be done within stipulated time.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha)
