GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in passing the impugned order in Rc.No.1995/2020/E3 dated 05.02.2021 directing cancellation of house site pattas allotted to the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed. Sri V.Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri A.Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the impugned proceedings of the Joint Collector dated 05.02.2021, the petitioner has approached the appellate authority, accordingly, prayed to pass appropriate orders. It is settled law that the litigants cannot be permitted to avail two parallel remedies simultaneously in respect of same matter, as such, as the petitioners have already approached the appellate authority against the orders impugned, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
