JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 10-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 126(2), 115(2), 140(2), 308(4), 127(2), 352, 351(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3. One kidnapped victim Rahul Kumar Mishra @ Bambam was recovered from a rented house at Rahika by the police. He gave statement before the police and the name of the petitioner has come during investigation as one of the kidnappers of the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2025. 5. Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66728 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 has come during investigation as one of the kidnappers of the victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
