Hon'ble Saral Srivastava,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents Board to issue Mark-Sheet of petitioner of Intermediate (12th) Examination, 2019 having Roll No.0449046 forthwith. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner appeared in the Intermediate Examination 2019 and passed the same, and his mark-sheet was uploaded on the Website, but the mark-sheet of the petitioner has not been issued to him. In this respect, petitioner has sent a letter/representation to the respondents Board, but no action has been taken on same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. In such view of the fact, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the respondent no.2-Additional Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Regional Office, Meerut along with a certified copy of this order, raising all his grievances within a period of one month from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of one month thereafter.
