The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bargarh P.S. Case No. 05/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) & 62 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Smt. Anulika Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. On 28.10.2024 at about 9:30 A.M., unknown thieves attempted to commit theft in Jharkhand State Gramin Bank. F.I.R. was registered against unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
