According to them, they have served as daily wager in the Nagar Palika since last more than ten years, yet their services have not been regularised and they are also denied minimum of pay scale. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought a direction to the competent authority to pay minimum of pay scale to them. 6. Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Palika Parishad submits that since petitioners have made representation to the Executive Officer on 11.08.2025, therefore, he shall look into the matter and take decision as per law, as early as possible. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that petitioners be permitted to make fresh representation(s). 2025:UHC:7643 8. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make fresh representation(s) to the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie. If petitioners make such representation(s), within two weeks from today, the Executive Officer shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order, as per law, within four months from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
