Dr. Rajesh Kumar Singh), arising out of Case Crime no. 219 of 2015, under sections 504, 506, 419, 420, 294 IPC and Section 63/65 of Copyright Act, PS- Kotwali, District Varanasi, pending before learned ACJM-II, Varanasi. 3. The prayer sought through the instant application seeking expedite disposal of the aforesaid discharge application, is not maintainable through application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and as such, the instant application is hereby dismissed with liberty to applicants to prefer appropriate application before appropriate Court for seeking relief as sought herein.
