This Court by an order dated 18.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24813 of 2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.26 of 2023 before the trial Court. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the petitioner was not able to pay the money within the stipulated time and also that the petition filed seeking extension was also dismissed. Now, the petitioner is ready to pay the said amount. Thus, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.
