For Petitioner: Mr.B.Johnpaul For Respondent(s): Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.side) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 17887 of 2025 ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in para No.5 [c] in Crl.OP.No.24308 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.OP.No.24308 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 with a condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police from 22.09.2025 daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of 15 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation”.
