This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 2 & 3 to take the proper action and complete the enquiry mentioned in enquiry report dated 16.01.2024 (Annexure No.6) within stipulated period. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 2 & 3 to ensured for recording the name of the petitioners in computerize Khatauni on the basis of earlier entries comes by way of lease deed granted in the year 1970, 1976 & 2003." 3. Since a fresh notification has been issued under Section 4 of the U.P Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, no relief can be granted by the revenue court.
