By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.198 of 2021, registered with P.S. Basant Vihar, District Dehradun, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498-A, 406, 420 of IPC and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that on the information received from the concerned SHO that after investigation, the final report has already been submitted by the police against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the said fact. 7. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is hereby closed. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9.
