The fact that learned counsel for the present applicant may not have attended the hearing may never be a ground to review the merit order. 7. We find no merit in the review application. It is accordingly rejected. 8. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to deposit the alimony amount. He states that he has received a demand draft of Rs. four lakhs drawn in favour of Subhawati Devi. 9. We leave it open to the applicant to comply with the order 15.07.2024, in accordance with law.
