By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.397 of 2021 dated 22.10.2021 registered with P.S. Kankhal, District Haridwarr, under Sections 323 and 506 of IPC. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 22.09.2022 against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, a liberty is given to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 8.
